The following guides will essentially take you step-by-step to flashing your Diamond. It is not an exhaustive FAQ, this will simply show you with screen shots and simple explanation what you should be doing to flash a new ROM on your device, for all those that have been asking. I may update the guide with more detail later on. In any case, please do read the wiki , faq , and forums at xda-developers.org before flashing for definitions and so that you understand what you are doing.
